Imperial Pho is a contemporary Vietnamese eatery with a fusion of Cantonese cuisine.
It was a vision of Harry Ly, head chef and owner, since long ago. This restaurant is Harry’s life-long dream. Harry started his chef journey from the bottom and trained under several grand master chefs in Hong Kong. Through the years, Harry progressed in his career as a professional chef and a successful owner operator. Harry has over 30 years of culinary experience under his belt – including Cantonese, Sichuan, Vietnamese, and catering.
Harry prides in using premium ingredients. He noticed premium ingredients such as tenderloins instead of cheaper cuts delivered the best flavors in his menu. There will be a large variety of sauces served so there is something for everyone. Original to imperial pho, Harry created the recipes himself. He would only serve what he believes to be delicious and pass his complex taste bud test.
He especially recommends the Crawfish Fried Rice, Basil Fried Rice, and make sure to try the chef specials!
